Terms and Condition

1. 1.1

   DDTC Tax Terms and Conditions govern your use of DDTC Tax services at https://perpajakan.ddtc.co.id/. DDTC Tax, managed by PT Dimensi Internasional Tax (DDTC), is a web-based document search platform and tax knowledge center in Indonesia.

2. 1.2

   Your use of DDTC Tax services is subject to these Terms and Conditions. These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (whether an individual or an entity) and DDTC Tax. By accessing DDTC Tax and using its features, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, including any future amendments.

3. 1.3

   The service provider reserves the right, at any time, to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part and/or feature of the service, including but not limited to the availability of data and/or content. This includes the right to restrict user access to certain parts and/or features of the service.

4. 1.4

   Each time you use DDTC Tax services, you confirm your agreement to be bound by and acknowledge any updates to these Terms and Conditions. You also agree to comply with any policies relevant to your use of the website and services provided under these Terms and Conditions. From time to time, DDTC Tax may revise these Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be published on the DDTC Tax website. Unless otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions, all changes will take effect immediately.

For the purposes of these Terms and Conditions:

1. 2.1

   Co-Brand means a brand displaying the name, trademark, logo, or attributes of a person or company with the intent of creating the impression that such party is affiliated with, a member of, or a branch of that brand.

2. 2.2

   Personal Data means data or information relating to you, including data, descriptions, information, and documents, whether electronic or non-electronic, belonging to the User, which We use to identify each individual, including but not limited to username, email, password, full name, phone number, date of birth, occupation, institution, and other information provided by the User in the course of using and accessing the Perpajakan DDTC platform.

3. 2.3

   User/You means the party who uses or accesses the services and features on Our platform.

4. 2.4

   Perpajakan DDTC/We/Us means PT Dimensi Internasional Tax (DDTC), engaged in tax research and knowledge, and serving as the center of several high-standard taxation activities.

5. 2.5

   Site means the website https://perpajakan.ddtc.co.id/ managed by Us.

6. 2.6

   Subscription Package means the type of paid access available on Perpajakan DDTC, consisting of Premium Student, Premium Lite, Premium Pro, and Enterprise, as further described in Section 4.

1. 3.1

   The Perpajakan DDTC platform contains all references related to taxation, including but not limited to:

   1. Tax Regulation;

   2. Double Tax Avoidance Agreements (Tax Treaties);

   3. Tax Court Decisions;

   4. Supreme Court Decisions related to taxation;

   5. Profession Tax Guide;

   6. Transaction Tax Guide;

   7. Coretax Guide;

   8. Regulatory Recap;

   9. Tax Exchange Rate;

   10. Tax Forms;

   11. Glossary;

   12. Newsletter

   13. Ebooks; and

   14. Indonesian Tax Manual.

2. 3.2

   In providing its services, We hereby affirm that:

   1. All information available on the platform has been prepared with due care in accordance with the actual prevailing circumstances and conditions. Such information is non-binding and does not obligate you to follow any information available.

   2. We are not responsible for any errors you make in interpreting, defining, or understanding information available on the platform.

   3. We may not be held liable by Users for any information obtained and used from the platform under any circumstances.

   4. We are not responsible for any potential losses suffered by Users arising from decisions made by Users themselves based on information available on this platform under any circumstances.

   5. We bear no liability for any actions taken when you access and/or use the Perpajakan DDTC platform, select a type of service, register, decide to subscribe, and/or perform other actions related to this platform. We reserve the right at any time to display, add, modify, remove, and/or eliminate any form of content available on the platform.
       

Perpajakan DDTC offers the following subscription packages:

1. 4.1

   Premium Student
   The Premium Student Package is intended for users who are currently enrolled as students and have been verified by the Tax Team.

2. 4.2

   Premium Lite
   The Premium Lite package is designed for general users or professionals requiring broader access than the free tier, with features and services subject to the terms applicable at the time of subscription.

3. 4.3

   Premium Pro
   The Premium Pro package is designed for tax professionals, consultants, or individuals requiring more comprehensive access, with features and services subject to the terms applicable at the time of subscription.

4. 4.4

   Enterprise (Litigator dan Litigator+)
   The Enterprise package is designed for institutions, tax law firms, or tax litigation teams. It consists of two sub-packages:

   1. Litigator: Intended for teams or institutions requiring standard enterprise-level access and features on Perpajakan DDTC to support standard litigation proceedings.

   2. Litigator+: Intended for teams or institutions requiring full premium access on Perpajakan DDTC to support litigation proceedings, along with additional features available at this tier.

1. 5.1

   Verification Procedure
   Users registering for or renewing the Premium Student package must undergo a verification process conducted by the Perpajakan DDTC Team, subject to the following conditions:

   1. The User must upload a clear and legible photo or scan of a valid Student Identification Card (KTM).

   2. The KTM must display the User's full name, which must be identical to the name on the registered Perpajakan DDTC account and to the name associated with the email address used to register.

   3. The Perpajakan DDTC Team will cross-check the name on the KTM against the account name and the ownership of the email address used for registration.

   4. The Perpajakan DDTC Team will verify the User's field of study based on the KTM or other supporting documents to ensure the User meets the study program criteria as specified in Article 4.1.

   5. For students from institutions without an MoU with DDTC, the Perpajakan DDTC Team may request additional documents such as an active student certificate, academic transcript, or other documents deemed necessary for the case-by-case verification process.

   6. The Perpajakan DDTC Team reserves the right to request further documents or clarifications as needed during the verification process.

   7. Verification will be completed within a reasonable timeframe. Access to the Premium Student package will be activated once verification has been approved and payment has been successfully made.

2. 5.2

   Annual Renewal Verification
   The Premium Student package is valid for one year. Users wishing to renew their Premium Student subscription must repeat the verification process as described in Article 5.1. Renewals will not be processed without a successful re-verification.

3. 5.3

   Verification Rejection and Sanctions
   Should the Perpajakan DDTC Team identify any data discrepancy or indication of misuse of the Premium Student package, the following provisions shall apply:

   1. Applications that do not meet the eligibility requirements will be rejected. The User concerned may still subscribe to another available package (Premium Lite, Premium Pro, or Enterprise).

   2. If a User submits a verification application for the Premium Student package for the third time and is again rejected for failing to meet the requirements, We reserve the right to permanently block that User's account from the Perpajakan DDTC platform.

   3. Users found to have submitted false data, forged documents, or to have intentionally misused the Premium Student package will have their accounts permanently blocked without further notice.

Users consciously and without exception represent and warrant that:

1. 6.1

   The User has read the entire content of the Terms and Conditions established by Perpajakan DDTC and agrees to them in their entirety.

2. 6.2

   The User acts in good faith in accessing, registering, and using the DDTC Taxation platform and services for lawful purposes in accordance with the laws and regulations applicable in Indonesia.

3. 6.3

   The User will not access the platform, User accounts, computer systems, or networks in an unauthorized manner, including through hacking, password mining, or any other method that violates applicable laws and regulations in Indonesia.

4. 6.4

   Should the User violate the provisions set out in Article 6.3, We may fully cooperate with any law enforcement officials, court orders, or directives requiring Us to disclose the identity of anyone who posts the aforementioned materials or information.
5. 6.5

   The User complies with all obligations upon agreeing to access and use Perpajakan DDTC, including but not limited to:

   1. Data and information provided and uploaded by the User to Perpajakan DDTC, including but not limited to the User's Personal Data, are accurate, complete, and not misleading;
   2. Maintaining the security of the password and identification used by the User;
   3. Maintaining and periodically updating information about the User accurately, currently, and completely; and
   4. The User warrants that they will not post, publish, or share any data, materials, or information from the Perpajakan DDTC platform and services that would violate or potentially violate copyrights, trademarks, and other intellectual property rights, or that contain elements of defamation, libel, or anything contrary to applicable laws and regulations.

1. 7.1

   You have a limited, revocable, non-transferable, and non-exclusive right to use the Perpajakan DDTC platform for your own personal purposes, solely to obtain information related to our products and services.

2. 7.2

   You are not permitted to use Our platform content for any other purpose, intent, or objective without prior written consent from Us, including but not limited to creating a Co-Brand of Our platform or any part thereof.

1. 8.1

   We may unilaterally and at any time deactivate and/or delete a User's account, including the deletion of the User's data, either temporarily or permanently, without prior notice, if We determine this is necessary because the User has violated these Terms and Conditions or because the User's account causes disruption, disorder, and/or indicates problems on the Perpajakan DDTC platform.

2. 8.2

   Users whose accounts have been blocked due to misuse of the Premium Student package as referred to in Article 5.3 may not submit an account recovery request.

3. 8.3

   Users may also submit to deactivate and/or close their own account by notifying Us via [email protected].

1. 9.1

   The User understands and agrees that all features contained in this platform and service, including but not limited to copyrights, trademarks, patents, and all other intellectual property rights related to Perpajakan DDTC, are owned by PT Dimensi Internasional Tax (DDTC).
2. 9.2

   The User understands and agrees that registration and use of the Perpajakan DDTC platform and services does not constitute a grant, transfer, or assignment of any intellectual property rights or licenses owned by Perpajakan DDTC to the User.
3. 9.3

   You are not permitted to reproduce, print, copy, store, distribute, display, modify, translate, publish, transfer, sell, lend, and/or distribute the content of the Perpajakan DDTC platform without prior written permission from Us.
4. 9.4

   The User may not misuse Our intellectual property rights for personal or commercial purposes.

1. 10.1

   We regard your privacy as important. We protect your Personal Data under Our ownership or control by maintaining reasonable security arrangements, including physical, technical, and organizational procedures, to prevent unauthorized access, collection, use, disclosure, copying, modification, deletion, or similar risks.
2. 10.2

   Users who register must provide accurate data as registered Users. User data will be stored entirely within Our database.

We use your data for purposes including but not limited to:

1. 11.1

   Providing Our information, products, and services, whereby you have the right to request the cessation of information delivery at any time.
2. 11.2

   With respect to the delivery of newsletters or marketing communications specifically, We only send these to Users who have actively provided their consent (opt-in) through the consent checkbox available at the time of registration. Users who do not check the relevant box will not receive marketing communications. This consent may be withdrawn at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email We send, or by contacting Us at [email protected].
3. 11.3

   Providing you with information about changes to the Perpajakan DDTC platform.
4. 11.4

   We may also process your personal data where required for Us to comply with applicable law.
5. 11.5

   We may also use your data in aggregated or anonymized form (such that no individual is identified) for various business purposes in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
6. 11.6

   Security, testing, maintenance, and system development.
    

1. 12.1

   Each time you access and/or use the Perpajakan DDTC platform, We may automatically collect information including but not limited to:

   1. Technical information, including but not limited to the type of device you use, network information, operating system type, browser type, time zone settings, and other device-related information.

   2. Details of your access to or use of the Perpajakan DDTC platform.

   3. Login details, dates, times, and duration of access, including pages viewed.

   4. Event logs (e.g., password changes).

2. 12.2

   Data you provide includes data you submit to Us about yourself when registering on the Perpajakan DDTC platform.

1. 13.1

   These Terms and Conditions, together with all matters relating to User access to the platform and services, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

2. 13.2

   The User agrees that any disputes that may arise in connection with the Platform, Services, and/or these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Indonesia.

1. 14.1

   In the event that a User is found to have committed a violation of these Terms and Conditions, whether intentionally or unintentionally, in whole or in part, We reserve the right to notify the User, whether physically or electronically, regarding the violation committed, and to impose appropriate sanctions.

2. 14.2

   Specific sanctions relating to misuse of the Premium Student package are separately governed by Article 5.3.

1. 15.1

   These Terms and Conditions may be amended or updated by Us at any time without prior notice to Users. We recommend that Users always read and review these Terms and Conditions carefully from time to time to be aware of any changes and updates We make. By using the Perpajakan DDTC Platform and Services, Users are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all changes and updates to these Terms and Conditions.
