THE ACCELERATION OF THE ESTABLISHMENT OF RED-AND-WHITE VILLAGE/SUBDISTRICT COOPERATIVES
THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

In an effort to encourage the nation's independence through sustainable food self-sufficiency as the embodiment of the second Asta Cita and the development of villages for economic equity as the embodiment of the sixth Asta Cita towards a Golden Indonesia 2045, it is necessary to establish Red-and-White Village/Subdistrict Cooperatives through the establishment, development and revitalisation of cooperatives in villages/subdistricts. To realise this, it is necessary to undertake strategic, unified, integrated and coordinated measures between ministries/institutions and local governments to optimise and accelerate the establishment of Red-and-White Village/Subdistrict Cooperatives, hereby instructing:
