THE PRESIDENT OF THE REPUBLIC OF INDONESIA,

In the context of providing business legal certainty in the coal mining sector based on the Coal Mining Business Licence (IUP Batubara) and Coal Mining Cooperation Contracts of Work (PKP2B) to realise national energy security and encourage the acceleration of economic development, the following are hereby instructed:
