In the context of KITE services related to Enterprises constituting members of one Enterprise Group as stipulated under Article 22 of the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Indonesia Decree Number 580/KMK.04/2003 dated 31 December 2003 concerning Procedures for Import Facilities for Exports and the Supervision and Article 39 of the Director General of Customs and Excise Decree Number KEP-205/BC/2003 dated 31 December 2003 concerning Instructions for the Implementation of Import Facilities for Exports and the Supervision, it is deemed necessary to provide the regulation of the following matters:
